Your data voucher will be sent to you on the cell phone number you supplied during entry.  Your voucher is sent inside an SMS.

Your data voucher will be sent to you via SMS.  To redeem it, follow the standard steps as indicated by your mobile network provider and stipulated in your SMS redemption instructions.

Yes, you can gift your voucher on to a friend, family member or colleague by forwarding your voucher SMS to them.

You will need to make sure that you gift your voucher on to someone who is on the same mobile network as you.

Do I need airtime to send an SMS to the Shortcode?2020-08-19T11:12:28+02:00

Yes – the cost for every SMS you send is R1.50.

You cannot use free or bundled SMS’s to enter via the Shortcode.

There could be several reasons.

  • Check if you have any restrictions on your device or on your contract e.g. are you a fixed contract user and does your contract exclude premium rated SMS’s

You will need to complete all questions, every time you enter a new purchase.

Check that your picture size is not too big.

Adjust your camera settings and if you are an iOS user, switch off your “live” photo setting.
